Violent masked robbers beat victim for £63k Audi in carjacking caught on CCTV

CCTV footage has captured the horrific moment a gang of robbers ripped a man from his £63,000 Audi RS4 and assaulted him during a brutal carjacking.

The masked gang rained down punches on the man as he desperately tried to stop the attack after being pulled from his Audi RS4 in Goldthorn Road, Wolverhampton.

Despite his best efforts, the thugs continued to beat him before two of them jumped inside the blocked-in vehicle at around 1.30pm last Friday.

During the brutal attack, the owner, who asked not to be named, can be seen frantically elbowing the car’s window to gain access to the car.

But the violent thieves, who arrived in a white van, managed to flee with the luxury vehicle and have yet to be caught.

West Midlands Police said: “We were called to a carjacking on Goldthorn Road, Wolverhampton at 1.50pm on Friday 12 February.

“A driver was sat inside his black Audi RS4 when a white van pulled up behind his car.

“Three men wearing balaclavas got out of the van and approached the driver and assaulted him.

“The trio then made off in the Audi and the van driving towards Goldthorn Hill.

“The white van was later found on John Street.”

Witnesses reported seeing the stolen motor being driven erratically in Walsall just hours after the theft.
